AAUP Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization and is eligible to receive tax-deductible donations. Each donation is tax-deductible as and to the extent allowed under applicable law. Donations specifically earmarked to a restricted fund of AAUP Foundation represent a contribution to that fund.
